—vŽ| In this paper, the intermediate products, including aka-ganeite (ƒภ-FeOOH) and lepidocrocite (ƒม-FeOOH), and the final products, including hematite (ƒฟ-Fe 2 O 3 ), maghemite (ƒม-Fe 2 O 3 ) and goethite (ƒฟ-FeOOH), of steel corrosion in seawater & sea sand-based concrete under different environments were investigated by the XRD and SEM. In the seawater immersion-dry repeating environment, the ƒฟ-FeOOH, ƒฟ-Fe 2 O 3 and magnetite (Fe 3 O 4 ) converted mutually. Also, in the seawater environment, the ƒม-FeOOH and ƒภ-FeOOH substituted for oxygen as the new depolarizers of cathode reduction reaction.
