| 要旨 | The Great East Japan Earthquake and the resulting tsunami hit the coastal areas of Japan. It is found that 18% RC and 100% timber buildings were destroyed while 41% bridges were swept off in survey area of Shizugawa. The tsunami velocity is estimated as 5.8m/s by video recording tsunami disaster. The outflow of bridge superstructure in Shizugawa is able to be judged by the level of ratio β between superstructure resistance and wave horizontal force primarily. |
