An experimental investigation was carried out to study the effect of carbonation degree on mortar electrical property. The Ordinary Portland Cement mortar specimens with different w/c ratios of 0.5, 0.6, 0.7 were accelerated carbonated in different carbonation duration of 0, 15, 30, and 50 days and then stored in six relative humidity (RH) conditions. Alternative current (AC) impedance method was performed to estimate the electrical resistivity of mortar. Test results showed that different carbonation duration corresponding to different carbonation degrees and the effect of RH on electrical resistivity .of mortar increase as RH decrease. |
