要旨 |
The report aimed to present a successful case of cracking mitigation in a highly durable RC deck slab on multiple span steel box girder Fudaigawa bridge. It was confirmed that the appropriate stepwise construction of the slab concrete generating less tensile stress, appropriate finishing and curing method, the application of increased expansive additive with 25kg/m3 for high cracking risk lots contributed to preventing transverse cracking on the top surface of the slab. Moreover, the new joint system to control cracking in parapets showed its efficiency to prevent cracks propagating into deck slab. |
