要旨 |
Water sorptivity measured by Surface Water Absorption Test - SWAT for OPC concrete specimens preconditioned to uniform moisture distribution was investigated by numerical simulation. The saturation degree of permeable pore voids (PSD) showed almost no effect (plateau region) on the coefficient of surface water absorption (CSWA) between 25% to 51% PSD. Additional findings revealed that long-time water absorption (6 hrs) eliminated the plateau region, which explained that measurement time is a very important factor in quality evaluation by the resistance of concrete to water absorption. |
