要旨 |
A mathematical model is presented to predict 28 day strength of fly ash-concretes.The model takes into account the chemical composition and fineness of both cement and fly ash.The strength of fly ash-concrete is found resulting of the two mechanisms interacting with each other.First of these is the hydration of two silicates,C3S,and C2S,and second is the pozzolanic reaction.It is postulated that whole of the strength of fly ash-concrete is resulted from the formation of tricalcium-disilicate-hydrate,C3S2H3.The model predictions agree well with the data published by several researchers. |
